I'm Not A Perfect Girl!!

I love this quote! This week I have learned a big lesson about life! I have lived my life lately how other people want me to live my life... but guess what.... Its my life not theirs. Its time for me to start living my life how I want. I still do cherish advice from other people and I may follow what their advice is or I may not. In the end I am going to have to be the one who has to deal with my choices and consequences. Sorry I just wanted to say how I feel. I hope no one takes this wrongly. If you do... please let me.

Random!

Okay I know I haven't updated my blog in a really long time and I apologize for that. I feel like I never have anything to really say. Put I did want to post some pictures that I haven't had a change to post.
I have been so busy lately with both jobs and family things. 3 weeks ago Melanie (sis in law) decided to join a challenge called "The Biggest Loser". No no its not the one on TV (I WISH). We have weekly meetings and weight in and learn different lessons on eating healthy and health habits. I have really enjoyed going to the meetings. Every Wednesday I come home having learned amazing things. I have lost some weight. Not much. Hopefully the number grows bigger. We have our final weight in on Dec 16Th.

July 2009 Part 2

I know I am such a slacker! I haven't posted much of anything lately. I am so busy working both jobs still I never have time. At the end of July, our family went to Island Park, ID. We had so much fun!!! It was a beautiful area. We left on Sunday morning and came home Thursday. It was so fun to have everyone around. Danny brought up the 4 wheelers! Man, the kids LOVED them!! I think Adam liked them the most. He was always gone on them. He even took me out on a couple of cool trails.

About 3 months before we went I had decided to make my mom a family video full of pictures. It started out with a bunch of there wedding pictures then pictures of all us 6 kids as babies and I even added some of the grand kids(to many). LOL. It turned out so good. I surprised my mom with it the first night we were there. She loved it! So did the kids. They all loved watching themselves on TV. Each one of them sat and watched it!!! That's pretty good!

We had so much fun that week in Island Park. Here are a few pictures I took while we were there. More updates to come!

July 2009

Wow it's been a while since I've had time to update this blog! Finally I have a chance to do so!! July has been such a busy month for our family! Only July 17th me, Melanie, Danny, Cory, Maryann, and Gwen went to the George Strait/Blake Shelton concert up at Usana! It was such a fun concert! He sang lots of good songs. We had alot of fun going. Blake Shelton was so funny. I am really glad we went. It was also fun to watch all the drunk people! Here area few pics!

Cache Valley Cruise In 2009!!

July 4th!!! I love July! It is such a fun month! This July 4th was oh so much fun! Melanie and Danny invited me up to Logan for the Cache Valley Cruise In. I didn't want to drive up alone so Vanessa came along! What a fun trip! We woke up saturday morning and washed Danny's truck! It took us a good 2 hours to clean it all! Then we went home and got ready to go to the Cruise In!! The Cruise In is one of the biggest car shows in Utah! It was huge! I love old cars! We walked around the park for 3-4 hours and we didn't get to see all of them still. It was crazy!

After the car show all the cars that were in the show, drag down main street. The close off the road so no one else can drive on main. All the cars dragged main for like 2 hours! It was so fun to sit on Danny's trailer in front of Logan Glass and watch all the cars go past. After that we went home to rest for a few minutes! After we were all rested up we decided to put the Love Sac in the back of Danny's truck and drag main with everyone! There was so many other people that did the same thing! We chatted with one of the Logan cops and he said that on July 4th it is the only day you can get away with having people in the bed of your truck and blowin smoke out the exhaust! Needless to say, that night was so fun! It was like I was in high school again. Everytime we pulled up next to a truck with other people in it, we would stat chatting! Everyone was screaming at each other! It was just a really good time! We didn't do any fire works that night. They had them on friday but I had to work so we weren't able to see them. But I had so much fun anyways! I had alot of fun haning out with Melanie and Danny! I miss living with them and seeing them daily! It was great to be back in Logan for a little while! I had such an amazing time with them! Next year hopefully Danny will put his 72 Chev or the Skylark in the Cruise! What a great 4th! I am so happy I went up!

Wow!! Its been a while since I've posted anything! So I guess I should update everyone on whats going on in my BUSY life! I am still working both jobs! I work full time as a receptionist and part time at the gas station (feels like full time!!). I've been so busy lately! Working and hanging out with friends and family. While John and Heather were here for 10 days in May, I had set for us to have family pictures! The photographer decided not to show! Thankfully Ryan had his camera so we got a lot of good shots! Here is a small video I put together of some family pics! Some are from the day we took them and some are just random pics!

Cash and Hailee's Birthdays!!

So in April we have Hailee and Cash's birthdays! So we decided to have a joined party for them. Melanie was really sick with Strep so I took charge and did the party! Cash was so fun that night. He was so excited about everything that he got. Hailee had alot of fun also.

Before the party I decided to make cupcakes instead of cake. Cash was right there to help me. Instead of helping, he made a mess. I walked away for a second and he stole the spoon out of the mixing bowl and started licking it. It was so cute.
